Select an item and open the Issues tab. Add a new issue about
that item.
To add an issue
Open the Projects module.
Select an item.
Select the Issues tab.
Click New Issue.
In the New Log Item dialog box, enter a name and a description. Use the other fields
to help other team members understand how the issue can affect the item to
which it's being associated. Such as what the issue resolution might be, or how important
the issue is to the project or its current status.
