To activate unauthenticated mode for HTTP:

Open theinstalled.properties file which is located in theserver_install/conf/server directory.
Theinstalled.properties file contains the properties that were set during installation.

Ensure that theinstall.server.web.always.secure property is set toY.

Ensure that theinstall.server.web.ip property is set to the port the server should use for HTTPS requests.

Save the file and restart the server.
