   Required. Application to add the environment to.

-name, ––name
   Required. Name of the new environment.

-description, ––description
   Optional. Description of the new environment.

-color, ––color
   Optional. Color of the new environment.

-requireApprovals, ––requireApprovals
   Optional. Does the environment require approvals?
