Navigate to the directory where your Agile database upgrades scripts were copied during the installation. For example: ..\Program Files\Serena\Solutions\Agile
Execute update_oracle.sql or update_mssql.sql against the database you specified when running the installer, depending on whether you are using an Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server database system.
