Options

-resource, ––resource
   Required. Name of the resource to configure

-name, ––name
   Required. Name of the property

-isSecure, --isSecure
   Optional. Defaults to current state of property, or false if 
   property is not yet defined

-value, ––value
   Optional. New value for the property
