Setting Default Permissions

To set default permissions for product areas:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Security.
  2. In the selection box, select Default Permissions.
  3. From the list of product areas, select the area you want to use.

    Selecting an area displays the permissions available for it.

  4. Select the permissions you want to grant for all users or select the permissions you want set for each group. User-defined groups are configured independently. See Authorization Realms and Groups.
