Change and Service Management Plugins → ServiceNow Plugin → Check Change Request Child Task States Step
This step checks the state of all child tasks of a change request in ServiceNow.
Required properties:
| Property Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Server URL | The URL for the ServiceNow server |
| State | Enter the state to check for as an integer that matches the ServiceNow state. |
| Change Request Number | The change request number for which to check the state |
Optional properties:
| Property Name | Description |
|---|---|
| User Name | The user name to be used to connect to the ServiceNow server |
| Password | The password to be used to connect to the ServiceNow server |
| Password Script | If you want to use a script or property lookup for your password, leave the Password field blank and enter the script or lookup here. |
| HTTP Proxy Host | The hostname of the HTTP proxy to use to connect to ServiceNow, such as proxy.domain.com |
| HTTP Proxy Port | The port number of the HTTP proxy to use to connect to ServiceNow |
| HTTP Proxy User Name | The user name to authenticate with the HTTP proxy |
| HTTP Proxy Password | The password to authenticate with the HTTP proxy |
| HTTP Proxy Password Script | The password script to authenticate with the HTTP proxy |
