Integration Plugins → Chef Plugin → Install Cookbook from Site Step
This step enables the user to install Chef cookbooks from the cookbook community hosted at http://community.opscode.com/.
Required properties:
| Property Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Cookbook Name | Enter the name of the cookbook to be installed. |
Optional properties:
| Property Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Cookbook Version | Enter the version of the cookbook to be installed. |
| Use Current Branch | If selected, the current branch will be used. |
| Default Branch Name | Enter the name of the default branch. The default is the master branch. |
| Skip Dependencies | If selected, cookbooks to which the installed cookbook has dependencies will not be installed. |
| Cookbook Installation Path | Enter the directory in which the cookbook will be created. This can be a colon-separated path. |
