This step stops a Web application that is already deployed on Tomcat.
Required properties:

| Tomcat Manager URL | The URL of the Tomcat Manager interface. |
| Tomcat Manager Username | The username to use to login to the Tomcat Manager interface. |
| Tomcat Manager Password | The password to use to login to the Tomcat Manager interface. |
| Context Name | The context that is being deployed. |
