Create Application Step

This step creates a Deployment Automation application.

Required properties:

Property Name	Description
Application Name	The name of the new application.

Optional properties:

Property Name	Description
Application Description	A description of the new application.
Default Notification Scheme	The notification scheme for this application (will default to none if not specified).
Enforce Complete Snapshots	Check this box if the application should require an explicit version for each component.
