Installing the Command Line Client

To install the command line client, simply download and extract the files.

The command line client must be downloaded separately from the server installer. The typical file name is Serena_DA-Clientx.x.x.zip, where x.x.x is the version.

The extracted files include the serena_ra directory. In this directory are the following:

• serenara-client .cmd and shell files for Windows and Unix/Linux respectively
• lib directory that contains the command line client's executable .jar files
