Creating an Add User to Role For Environment Step

This step adds a user to a role for a given application environment.

Required properties:

Property Name	Description
User	The name of the user who will be added to the role.
Role	The user role to which the user will be added.
Environment	The name or ID of the environment.
Application	The name or ID of the application that the environment belongs to.
