Serena Business Manager Plug-in

Serena Business Manager (SBM) provides a single platform to streamline processes, speed implementation, and deliver fit-to-purpose applications in a cost effective manner.

The SBM plug-in provides support for sending ALF events to SBM.

In the Process Editor Available Plug-in Steps, navigate to Integrations > SBM.

This plug-in has the following steps for you to add to your processes:

• Creating a Send ALF Event Step
• Creating a Send SDA ALF Event Step
