Server Installation: Destination Folder

In the server installation wizard General Program Settings panel, specify the directory into which to install the Deployment Automation server.

You can take the default or click Change to enter a different directory.

Default directories are as follows:

Windows
C:\Users\<username>\.serena\ra
UNIX/Linux
/opt/serena/sra

Note: You cannot use redirected drives for this the destination folder because Serena Common Tomcat starts as a service. See the Serena Support Knowledgebase Solution S139852 if this is a concern for you.
