Server Installation: Administrator Details

On the server installation wizard Administrator Details panel, enter the installation owner's administrator user and password. This user and password will be used to sign on to and administer Deployment Automation.

• Administrator User

  Enter the installation owner's administration user name. This will be the user name required to log into the server the first time.

  Default: admin

  CAUTION:
  Once created, you cannot remove the built-in administrative user through the user interface. Therefore, you should create this user using your organization's naming standards.
• Password

  (Required) Enter the user-defined password for the administrator user name entered in the previous field. This will be the password needed to log into the server the first time.

• Confirm Password

  (Required) Re-enter the password exactly as you entered it in the Password field.
