Creating Agent Pools

To create an agent pool:

  1. Navigate to Management > Resources > Agent Pools and click the Create New Agent Pool button.
  2. Enter the pool name in the Name field.
  3. Optionally enter a description in the Description field.
  4. Click the Pool Members field to add agents to the pool.
  5. Select the agent or agents to add to the pool. Optionally, you can filter the listed agents by entering search text into the text field.
  6. Click Save.
