You can view the application hierarchy and within the context of an application's hierarchy, add properties at any level, and map resources to components by using the Configuration page: Management > Configuration. Through the link to an existing resource, you can access that resource's settings and create additional resources in the Resources pane.
In the Configuration page, select the application, component, or environment for which you want to add properties or resources and click the button or link for the option you want.
