Downloading Deployment Automation

Download the server, agent, agent relay, and other installation packages as needed from the Serena support website at http://www.serena.com/support.

Note: You must have a license before you can download the product. For an evaluation license, please contact your Serena representative.

On http://www.serena.com/support, log in using your customer account.
Browse to the My Downloads tab.
From the Please Select Product drop-down, select Serena Release Manager.
From Available Operating Systems, select the operating system on which you plan to install.
In the Serena Deployment Automation section, select the packages you plan to install.
Note: Deployment Automation enables you to install agents on any supported platform, regardless of the operating system where the server is installed.
