Downloading Plug-ins

Before you can use most of the plug-ins, you must download a zip file that contains the plug-in you want to use.

To download a plug-in:

Go to http://www.serena.com/support and log in using your customer account.
Browse to the My Downloads tab.
From the Please Select Product drop-down, select Serena Release Manager.
Download the plug-ins zip file to the platform on which you want to deploy it.

Note: You typically do not need to decompress, or extract, the .zip file. Exceptions are the ChangeMan ZMF, Dimensions CM, and Nolio plug-in bundles, which contain additional installation files along with the plug-in zip files. See Integration.
