Release Manager Participants

Release Manager provides roles for users in your organization who may have the following titles and responsibilities.

Release Managers
Ensure that a release process is followed over the entire life cycle of each release train.
Product Owners
Manage application releases.
Release Engineers
Manage turnovers, including creating deployment tasks, designing deployment paths, and accepting and deploying turnovers.
Developers
Develop applications.
Approvers
Approve release train stages, review and accept exit criteria for stage gates, and ensure milestones are met as planned and dates are adjusted if necessary.
