Copying Deployment Tasks

You can copy deployment tasks to turnovers or runbooks from approved runbooks or other turnovers.

If you copy deployment tasks to a turnover from a runbook, you can select multiple environments, and tasks will be created for each of those environments. If you copy deployment tasks to a runbook from a turnover, you can select only a single environment, and only the tasks for that environment are copied. Deployment tasks in runbooks do not retain the component version information, since that is tied to application and environment. After you have copied the tasks to a turnover, you can select the component versions as needed.
