Service Manager
includes two application groups, which are a set of applications organized
around a business need. The
Service Manager
application groups contain the following applications:

Service Requests — Manages request fulfillment:
- Service Request
- Starter Pack Forms - IT

Service Mgmt — Manages incidents, problems, changes, and configurations:
- Change Management
- CMS
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- SSM Integrations
Each application group provides key metrics through a set of dashboard and activity views, as described in Key Metrics.
For best results, users should "pin"' the application groups to their Work Center toolbar.
