Nolio Integration Runtime Communication

In the Nolio integration, the communication between products proceeds as follows:

1. Release Manager initiates requests to run Nolio processes through REST service calls.
2. Release Automation requests information from Nolio through SOAP service calls.
3. Release Automation polls for the status of the Nolio processes.
4. When the processes requested by Release Manager are complete, Release Automation sends information back through REST service calls.
