Getting Started

After you have installed and configured Release Automation, log in to the web application and get started as follows:

1. Create components and set your source type and version import approach.

2. Design component processes.

3. Create environments.

4. Assign resources to environments.

5. Create applications and add components to applications.

   See Managing Applications.

6. Add environments to applications.

7. Map components to the application resources they will use.

8. Design application processes to control the deployment.

9. Run the application processes to deploy the components.
