Starting the SBM Relationship Service

After you have successfully promoted all of the Release Manager process apps, launch SBM Configurator, and start the SBM Relationship Service on the Manage Services tab.

The initial loading of relationship data can take ample time to complete for very large databases. Therefore, schedule the initial load process ahead of time, and start the SBM Relationship Service prior to granting users access to the Release Manager process apps.

The Status section displays the Relationship Service activities that take place after you start the service. For example, after you start the service and the initial loading of data begins, the status is updated accordingly.
