Release Manager Participants

Release Manager provides roles for users in your organization who may have the following titles and responsibilities.

Release Managers
Ensure that a release process is followed over the entire life cycle of each release train.
Product Owners
Responsible for application releases.
Release Engineers
Responsible for working within the release process, including creating runbooks and accepting and deploying turnovers.
Developers
Responsible for development of applications.
Approvers
Responsible for approving release trains, exit criteria for stage gates, and milestones.
