Assigning users to roles is an important part of establishing user accounts, which is described in Managing Users. The following topics describe the available Request Fulfillment roles.

Note: User and Multi-User field types refer to the roles for populating the lists. For example, the Additional Contacts field refers to all of the roles used in Request Fulfillment.
