The Service Request workflow contains the process to manage the fulfillment of a request, including the ability to require both a business approval and a financial approval. The workflow routes items based on the values in the Requires Financial Approval and Requires Business Approval fields.
You can view this diagram in SBM Composer or SBM Application Administrator. If you have the "View Workflow Graphically" privilege, you can also view it from the System tab on state forms in the SBM User Workspace. Use SBM Composer to modify the workflow.
