Interactive Agent Installation

The interactive agent installer is provided for Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris SPARC and x86, and HPUX Itanium. The installer uses a wizard that guides you through the installation process.

To install the agent:

  1. Download the installation files. For more information, see Downloading Release Automation.
  2. Run the downloaded installer and follow the step-by-step instructions. The installer executables are as follows:
    • Windows: SerenaRA-agent.exe
    • UNIX/Linux: SerenaRA-agent.bin
