Ticket Classification Models

The Ticket Classification Models view lists the saved models in your system.

The following options are available on the Ticket Classification Models view:

Add
Click to add a new model.
Details
Select a model, and then click to modify it.
Copy
Select a model, and then click to copy it. You must provide a unique name for the copied model.
Delete
Select a model, and then click Delete.
Train
Select a model, and then click Train to update the model according to the latest data in the system. For details on training a model, refer to Training a Model.
Refresh
Click to refresh the view and see the status of models that are being trained.

Important details about each model are displayed, including:

Input Fields – The fields used to predict values in the model's output field.
Output Fields – The field that is predicted by the model.
Transitions – The transitions to which the models apply. Users can click the Predict Field Values button on the transitions listed here.
Training Status – The accuracy of the last training run that was applied to the model. For more information on training accuracy, see Training a Model.
