Administrative Utilities → Ticket Classification → Working with Ticket Classification Models → Training Log
Use the Log page to view details about the progress and accuracy of training that has started for a Ticket Classification model.
The following log options are available:
The log is overwritten after each training session. To save log information, click the Copy Log to Clipboard button, and then paste the log information into a separate document.
Click to interrupt the current training operation.
Click to refresh the current log.
Click to automatically refresh the current log every 10 seconds.
Filter the log to show All entries, Warnings, or Errors.
The total training time varies according to the number of items involved. The log displays the number of trained items and the number of validated items in the applicable data set. The accuracy score is also displayed in the log when the training is finished.
