In the Versions drop-down list, you can choose to view Active versions of a process app or All versions of a process app (including purged versions).

The following table describes the properties of each blueprint:
Column Description
Version

The process app version number. In the Active view, there might be gaps in the sequence of version numbers due to process app versions that have been purged.

Note: The displayed version is <development> if the environment is a designated development environment, the process app was deployed with the Create Versions check box cleared in SBM Composer, and there is already at least one previous version.
Label

The Baseline Label entered in SBM Composer when the process app was published, or the label entered during import of the process app from a file.

Note: There is no label if the environment is a designated development environment and the process app was deployed with the Create Versions check box cleared in SBM Composer.
Scope Indicates the scope of a process app (private or public), which determines who can deploy it. The scope is initially set in SBM Composer when a process app is published.

The following actions are available for each process app blueprint:

You can use the check boxes next to each version (or above the entire list) to select multiple versions, and then use the Change scope and Remove selected buttons that appear to perform actions against more than one version at a time.

You can also click Remove all eligible versions to delete all versions of the process app except for the latest version. In the dialog box that appears, you can remove all prior versions (except the latest) or you can remove all versions prior to a specified date.
