About User Import

SBM Application Administrator offers multiple ways to import users into your system.

The following options are available:

Import from File
Provides a quick way for administrators who may not have access to your LDAP store to add users to your system. For details, refer to Importing Users From a File.
Import from LDAP
Enables global administrators a way to import and update users, contacts, and groups directly from LDAP. For details, refer to Importing Users and Groups From LDAP.
