Copying Groups

Copy group accounts to quickly and easily create groups with identical privilege sets, role assignments, preferences, and notification subscriptions. You can then tailor the group as needed.

To copy a group account:

  1. Search for or navigate to the group you want to copy, and then click Copy.
  2. Provide a unique name for the group, and if desired, description in the Memo box.
  3. Modify role assignments, privileges, notification subscriptions, preference, and membership as needed.
  4. Save your changes.
