Searching for Archived Items

On the Search page, select Archive in the drop-down list to look for work items that have been moved to the archive.

Note that you must have privilege to view archived items in the selected application and one or more primary items must be in the archive for results to appear.

Note: By default, archived items are not indexed and therefore do not appear in Work Center search results when a user searches the archive. To enable results for archived items to appear, an administrator must enable indexing for archived items. For details, refer to the SBM Configurator help.
