Importing Data From Another SBM Database

Consider the following information before importing data into SBM from another TeamTrack or SBM database:

• Take special note when you map State fields between databases. Multiple states with the same name in either database, deleted or not, produce inconsistent results.

• When you import data for Multi-Relational, Multi-Selection, Multi-User, and Multi-Group fields, selections are added to the field rather than replacing values for those fields. This applies to original imports and re-imports, even if you select the option to write over data in subsequent imports.
