Audit History

The Audit History tab shows repository-related events such as when items were added to or purged from the repository. Deployment and promotion activities are also logged. The date and time of the activity and the user who performed the activity are provided for each log record.

In the Audit History tab, you can perform the following actions:

Apply a User Filter to search for events logged by user, event type, or date.
Click the plus icon (+) to define a new filter to narrows the search criteria. Filters can also be saved for future use.

Click Purge History to clear the history of events that are no longer related to items in the repository, and permanently delete the corresponding process app versions
Note: To clear an event from the log, it must no longer be related to any item in the repository. For example, entries related to a specific process app version that is still in the repository cannot be cleared.
Click the refresh icon to update the list with the latest events.

The Audit History table shows the following information for repository–related events.

Column	Description
Entity Name	Name of the event.
Entity Type	The entity type.
Event	The type of event. Not all events have a type.
Source	The source of the audit history information.
Logged On	The date when the entry was logged.
Logged By	The user who initiated the event. "System" and "admin" are internal Application Repository users.
