Communications Page Settings

The Communications page lists communication rules that are executed automatically in response to an external communication e-mail reply.

For example, you can create a rule that fires the Client Reply transition while an item is in the Waiting for Client Response state. You can also create a rule that fires the Close transition—with the Body of the e-mail mapped to the Reason For Close text field—when a client replies to an e-mail and the item is in the Ready to Close state.
