Using the SBM Application Administrator

Administrators with appropriate privileges can perform most application configuration tasks in the SBM Application Administrator. For example, administrators can:

Add, edit, and delete projects.
Manage notifications.
Override certain field properties inherited from workflows.
Configure projects for e-mail submission.
Manage user and group accounts, including administrator accounts.
Assign users and groups to roles.
Import user accounts and other data from a spreadsheet.
Manage auxiliary table data.

Connecting to the SBM Application Administrator

All users with the Remote Administrator privilege can access the SBM Application Administrator. The features available to managed administrators are limited by their administrative privileges. For example, managed administrators can only add users to groups they have privileges to manage.

To launch the SBM Application Administrator:

In SBM Work Center, click the user icon in the upper right corner, and then select Application Administrator.
