Setting a Cache Refresh Interval

The Cache Refresh Interval option enables you to specify the period of time that elapses before changes are available to users. The accepted cache range 1 to 86,400 seconds. By default, the cache refresh interval is 20 seconds.

To set a cache refresh interval:

  1. From the Options menu, select Settings or click the Settings icon on the toolbar. The Settings – Server tab opens.
  2. In the Cache Refresh Interval box, specify the number of seconds that should elapse before administrative changes are available to users.
  3. Click OK.
