Managing External Users → Setting External User Options → Setting Up Public Knowledge Base and External User Access
Select the following options as they apply.
Allow Anonymous Access – Select this check box to enable anonymous users to view public problems and resolutions in the Knowledge Base and to enable non-SBM users to self-register. If this check box is not selected, Self-Registration will not work. For more information on the Knowledge Base, refer to the SBM Work Center Guide or online help.
