Table Configuration → Configuring Tables for Applications → Configuring Fields for Auxiliary Tables → Setting Default Values for Auxiliary Table Fields
Prerequisites:Fields must have enabled selections, such as users or Relational field values, before you can set a default value. For example, for User fields, you must have enabled user selections for the field. For Folder fields, you must have added shared or Knowledge Base folders to your system. Default values for Folder, Multi-Group, Multi-Relational, Multi-User, Single Relational, and User fields are set in the SBM System Administrator because these values are application configuration elements that are not available in SBM Composer.
