The two types of Common Log messages are user and technical. User messages are most useful to business users for debugging process apps. Technical messages are more appropriate for advanced users such as developers, integrators, and support personnel. Usually, you should be able to find the cause of a problem by reading user messages. However, in some cases, you might have to look at technical messages as well.
