Administrative Utilities → Localization → String Localization Options → Export Tab
Use the Export tab to export an xml file of strings available for translation.
For details, refer to Translating Strings and Localization.
Click to download and save strings for the selected category.
Click to discard changes made on the page.
Select this option to export strings for SLS objects and design objects, and then select the following:
Select the locale to export.
Export all strings available for modification or customization.
Export only strings for global design objects.
Export only strings for the selected table.
Export only strings used in SBM Work Center.
Export only strings used for scheduled report e-mails that are sent by the Notification Server.
Export only strings used in Service Request Center. This option is only available if Service Support Manager is installed.
Select this option to export strings for MLS runtime objects, and then select the following:
Select the locale to export.
Select this option to append the locale code to each string value for ease of identification. For example, you can easily find German strings in the exported XML by searching for (de):
<Str Loc="de">Everyone (de)</Str> <Str Loc="de">Group 1 (de)</Str>
Select the MLS values you want to export. You can export strings for:
Translated group names appear in Multi-User and Multi-Group fields.
Translated project names appear wherever users see a project name.
Translated report names appear wherever non-private reports are listed for users.
Translated values for these fields appear in Single and Multi-Relational fields that use the specified fixed-length text field as part of their value display format.
