Working with Folders → About Folders
Links are stored in folders, which span all applications. These types of folders are available:
My Folders – You can add your own folders to organize links. For example, you can add a "My Reports" folder that contains links to frequently used reports. You can keep your folders private or share them with other users. Shared folders are marked with an orange icon ().
The following folders are available if auto folder items is enabled for your system and in your User Workspace user profile.
InBox – Links to primary items that you now own or owned at one time.
Submitted Items – Links to primary items that you submitted.
Transitioned Items – Links to primary items that you transitioned.
Updated Items – Links to primary items that you updated.
IDE – Links to Listing reports, primary items, and auxiliary items that you have added to this folder. These links can be viewed from the rich integrations to Visual Studio .Net and Eclipse. For details, refer to SBM User's Guide or the PVCS Version Manager IDE Client Implementation Guide.
Quick Links – Quick links that you have added to this folder. These links are accessible from the Quick Links () icon on the toolbar as well. This folder always appears, regardless of whether you have auto folder items enabled. For details, see Adding Links to Folders.
