Primary items, such as changes and tasks, are records that follow a process from creation to close. Primary items are organized in projects, which are assigned to a workflow.
Two views are available: Item Details and Social.
Shows information about an item in a format determined by your administrator. Transitions are executed from the Item Details view as well.
Provides a collaborative view of an item and includes an item feed, journal log, and list of contributors. An experts list and follow feature may also be available. For details, refer to Using the Social View.
