Unicode Fonts

You may experience display problems if text contains multi-byte characters and you do not have a universal Unicode font, such as Arial Unicode MS, installed. This font must also be set as your system font.

For example, if you do not have a universal Unicode font installed on your machine, most multi-byte text appears as corrupt characters. If you do not have a Unicode font set as your system font, only minor problems will occur. For example, hover text may not display correctly for item titles that contain multi-byte characters.

The system font is set differently depending on your workstation's operating system. For assistance in setting your system font, contact your IT department.
