You can send e-mail messages directly to 
      SBM
      users and groups or to any e-mail address.
 
    You can: 
    
 
      -  Send e-mail messages from primary or auxiliary items or from notes
        and attachments added to those items. Depending on settings made by your
        administrator, these messages may be attached to items as notes. For details,
        refer to 
        Sending E-mail Messages from Items. 
      
- Send e-mail messages to primary item contributors from the 
        Social view. For details, refer to 
        Using the Social View. 
      
-  Use your external e-mail client to send messages. For details, refer
        to 
        Sending E-mail Messages from Items. 
      
- Send e-mail messages to external users who have been added to an
        item. For details on external users, refer to 
        Managing External Users.
        
      
-  Use the E-mail Recorder feature if it is enabled by your
        administrator. This feature automatically attaches e-mail messages and replies
        sent from external e-mail clients, such as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes, as
        notes to 
        SBM items. For

-  E-mail a link to a saved report that is not a private-level report.
        Only 
        SBM users with
        correct privileges can run the report, however. For details, refer to
