Getting Started with the SBM User Workspace → Personalizing the SBM User Workspace → Working with Favorites → About Favorites Folders
Favorites are stored in folders. Two types of favorites folders are available:
System favorites folders – System folders are provided to all users who have privileges to view folders. Links to items can be automatically added by the system, or you can manually add links.
Personal favorites folders – You can add your own folders to organize links. For example, you can add a "My Reports" folder that contains links to frequently used reports.
The following folders are available if auto folder items is enabled for your system and in your user profile.
InBox – Links to primary items that you now own or owned at one time.
Submitted Items – Links to primary items that you submitted.
Transitioned Items – Links to primary items that you transitioned.
Updated Items – Links to primary items that you updated.
IDE – Links to Listing reports, primary items, and auxiliary items that you have added to this folder. These links can be viewed from the rich integrations to Visual Studio .Net and Eclipse. For details, refer to Using Rich Integrations to Visual Studio .Net and Eclipse or the PVCS Version Manager IDE Client Implementation Guide.
Quick Links – Quick links that you have added to this folder. These links appear on the Application toolbar as well. This folder always appears, regardless of whether you have auto folder items enabled. For details, see Adding Quick Links.
By default, system favorites folders are always collapsed. You can expand the system folders by clicking the plus (+) symbol. Your last view is saved and opened each time you view favorites.
