The Edit Table: Labels Tab

The Labels tab displays the field section titles, item details labels, and report privilege category labels for individual primary and auxiliary tables. Labels for individual tables are defined in SBM Composer. The changes made to these labels appear on forms and the SBM System Administrator in areas related to the table.

If HTML tags were applied to the labels in SBM Composer, the tags appear in the SBM System Administrator but will be rendered on forms.

Note: You can also customize field section titles, item details labels, and report privilege category labels at a global level. If you do not provide a custom label for a primary or auxiliary table, the global label provided on the Settings – Label tab applies. The following field label sections are listed on the Edit Table - Labels tab.

Label Section Description
Field Section Lists labels defined in SBM Composer for field section labels on submit, transition, and update forms. Note that the custom labels cannot be specified for the Not Used or Deleted Fields sections.
Item Detail Lists labels defined in SBM Composer for sections on submit, transition, and update forms that contain attachments, subtasks, notes and more. The Subtasks, Version Control History, and State Change History labels do not apply to auxiliary tables.
Report Level Lists labels defined in SBM Composer for report privilege categories for the table.
